The Konus Spotting Scope Konuspot-50 15-40x50 is a basic spotting scope with a straight view which is useful for novice spotters, but also children like to see through a spotting scope in the same position as when looking through binoculars. The Konuspot-50 is small in size and light in weight, also because of the rubber casing it is pleasant to handle. If you want to observe for a long time, it is advisable to use a tripod. A table stand is included, which you can place in front of the window so that you can look outside.

Application

Once you have removed the protective caps from the eyepiece and lens, the Konus Spotting Scope Konuspot-50 15-40x50 is immediately ready for use. You can now focus the image from the spotting scope by rotating the focus wheel on top of the spotting scope.When you rotate the eyepiece to the left, you enlarge the object and it will be necessary to refocus using the focus wheel. With these magnifications, it may be wise to use a tripod to observe the subject even better. This spotting scope features a 1/4" female tripod connection.

The supplied table stand can be mounted under the Konuspot-50 in the tripod socket. After this you can spread the legs of the tripod and the Konuspot-50 is ready to be used.

Digiscoping

It is possible to use the Konuspot-50 for Digiscoping with your compact camera or smartphone. For this you need to have an optional adapter, which you can find in optional accessories.
